Job Title: HR Manager

Roles & Responsibilities:
Manage hiring, employee relations, HR policies, and ensure smooth HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals

• Manage the recruitment and selection process

• Oversee employee onboarding and training programs

• Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions

• Maintain HR policies and ensure legal compliance

• Monitor performance appraisal systems and support managers

• Manage compensation, benefits, and payroll coordination

• Promote workplace culture and employee engagement initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

• Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role

• Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices

• Excellent communication and leadership skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree (MBA/HR)

• Experience with HR software and systems
