Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the complete HR function of the organization.
Handle recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and retention.
Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and systems.
Manage attendance, leave, payroll coordination, and employee records.
Handle performance management, appraisals, promotions, and employee grievances.
Plan manpower requirements and ensure timely hiring for different departments.
Manage employee disciplinary matters and ensure compliance with company policies.
Coordinate with management and department heads on HR-related requirements.
Organize training, development, and employee engagement activities.
Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
Maintain HR reports, MIS, and employee-related documentation.
Build a positive, professional, and productive workplace culture.
