Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Executive to support and manage various human resource functions, including recruitment, employee onboarding, payroll coordination, attendance management, employee relations, and HR administration. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information professionally.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
Conduct preliminary interviews and candidate assessments.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
Employee Onboarding & Offboarding
Coordinate employee onboarding and induction programs.
Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and employment contracts.
Ensure completion of joining formalities and documentation.
Manage employee exit processes, including full-and-final settlements.
HR Operations & Administration
Maintain employee records and HR databases.
Manage attendance, leave records, and employee files.
Assist in payroll processing and statutory compliance.
Generate HR reports and maintain documentation.
Employee Relations
Address employee queries and concerns.
Support employee engagement and welfare initiatives.
Assist in performance management and appraisal processes.
Promote a positive and professional workplace culture.
Compliance & Policy Management
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Assist in implementing and updating HR policies and procedures.
Maintain confidentiality of employee information and company records.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
MBA/PGDM in Human Resources is preferred.
1–3 years of experience in HR operations, recruitment, or employee management.
Freshers with relevant internships may also apply.
Required Skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of recruitment processes and HR practices.
Familiarity with labor laws and HR compliance requirements.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Preferred Skills
Experience with HRMS/HR software.
Knowledge of payroll processing and statutory compliance.
Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
