Position: HR Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. The HR Manager will be responsible for attracting, hiring, and retaining talented employees while also ensuring compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations. This role requires a strategic mindset, strong leadership abilities, and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.

• Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.

• Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, interviewing, and selecting candidates.

• Oversee employee onboarding, orientation, and training programs.

• Maintain HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

• Manage payroll and benefits administration.

• Coordinate performance management processes, including performance reviews and feedback sessions.

• Develop and maintain employee engagement programs to foster a positive work environment.

• Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.

• Provide guidance and support to management and staff on HR-related matters.

• Stay up-to-date on HR trends and best practices to continuously improve HR processes.
