Manage complete recruitment & hiring cycle — sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Handle payroll processing, salary computation, and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, Gratuity, etc.).
Oversee HR operations, ensuring compliance with company policies.
Maintain accurate attendance, leave, and employee records.
Function as an HR Generalist — managing employee engagement, grievance handling, and performance reviews.
Prepare HR MIS reports and analytics using Advanced Excel.
Support management in policy implementation, training, and HR strategy.
Excellent command of Advanced Excel and HRMS tools.
Strong communication skills — fluent in spoken and written English.
Knowledge of labour laws, compliance, and HR documentation.
Ability to handle multiple HR functions independently.
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Human Resources / Business Administration / Management.
Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in HR (Recruitment, Payroll, Operations, Generalist).
