About the Role

Administer compensation & benefits programs and coordinate payroll processing with vendors to ensure accurate, timely payouts and reconciliations.
Ensure statutory compliance across India (EPF, ESI, PT, labour statutes); run periodic audits and implement corrective actions.
Drive employee relations initiatives: coach managers, conduct investigations, resolve grievances, and implement retention strategies.
