Naukari Express is a fast-growing recruitment agency specializing in end-to-end hiring solutions across multiple industries. We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented HR Team Lead to drive recruitment operations and lead a team of recruiters.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters to achieve hiring targets.
Handle end-to-end recruitment for multiple client requirements.
Allocate job requirements and monitor team performance.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Coordinate interviews with clients and ensure timely closures.
Maintain recruitment reports, MIS, and daily hiring trackers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
Ensure quality hiring and adherence to recruitment timelines.
Train new recruiters and improve team productivity.
Requirements
2–5 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 1 year in a team handling role.
Experience working in a recruitment consultancy/staffing agency is preferred.
Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and job portals.
Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.
Target-driven with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: 15,000 – 20,000 per month (based on experience and interview performance)
Performance Incentive: Up to 20,000 per month, based on individual and team performance.
