Strong understanding of Indian labor laws including PF, ESIC, Gratuity Act etc.
Job description -
Manage end-to-end HR activities, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll processing, performance management, training & development, employee relations, and exit formalities.
Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements under IR laws such as PF, ESIC, Gratuity Act etc.
Develop and implement effective HR policies and procedures
Data analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement in HR processes
Immediate joined with healthcare / hospital/ medical college exp would be preferable.
