We are looking for a HR Manager to join for a Manufacturing Industry to manage the full-cycle recruitment process for the organization. The tasks include identifying potential candidates, interviewing, and evaluating them. You will be responsible for updating job ads and conducting background checks of candidates. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹40,000 - ₹50,000 and growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations
Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures
Conduct internal audits and compliance checks
Maintain statutory records (PF, ESI, gratuity, etc.)
Liaise with government authorities and external auditors
Handle employee grievances related to compliance issues
Monitor and ensure timely statutory filings and returns
Train HR team and employees on compliance requirements
Manage disciplinary actions in line with legal frameworks
Stay updated on changes in labor laws and regulations
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 4 - 6 years of experience. Knowledge of resume databases and strong verbal and written communication skills are essential. Additional skills like sourcing techniques and sound judgment are a must. Candidates must be open to working 6 days working
