• Create and implement HR policies and processes suitable for our growing company
• Plan and lead recruitment across departments and locations
• Design KRAs, roles, and appraisal systems for each department
• Supervise HR Executive and coordinate with all department heads
• Maintain employee records, joining and exit processes
• Organize employee engagement, training, and internal communication
• Ensure discipline, punctuality, and culture building in the team
• Prepare monthly HR reports and submit to directors
