- Identifying manpower needs in coordination with department heads
- Preparing job descriptions and specifications
- Posting job advertisements on relevant platforms from job portal, Campus Placement
- Screening resumes, conducting interviews, interview filling form and final selection
- Onboarding employees (Offer letter, Company Policy, Salary Slip, NOC, Resignation Letter, Resignation acceptance letter, Pan card , Aadhar card, Cancelled cheque , 2photoes) and providing a New Employee Kit (welcome letter, ID card, SIM, Notebook, Stationery, etc.)
- Maintaining employee master data, contracts, ID proofs, and personal files
- Ensuring compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements
- Updating and renewing company licenses, certifications, and HR-related documentation
- Monitoring attendance, leave records, and overtime
- Processing payroll accurately and on time
- Handling statutory components like PF, ESI, gratuity, bonus, and tax deductions
- Defining KRAs and KPIs for employees
- Conducting performance appraisals and reviews periodically
- Implementing reward and recognition programs
- Planning and executing employee activities: Festival celebrations, National holiday observances, Birthday celebrations, CSR activities (social responsibility programs)
- Arranging vendors, supplies, and logistics for employee events
- Handling employee grievances and resolving conflicts effectively
- Managing vendors and service providers (housekeeping, security, IT, etc.)
- Ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning of office operations
- Purchasing office supplies regarding stationary and office kitchen essentials, equipment, and services
- Monitoring stock usage and avoiding wastage
- Maintaining vendor bills and payment coordination
- Allocation and management of office space.
- Overseeing repairs and maintenance of equipment and infrastructure
- Managing IT systems, safety, fire-fighting, and overall workplace security
