Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or equivalent. Responsibilities: • Manage HR operations, including employee onboarding, payroll processing, and benefits administration. • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards. • Oversee recruitment life cycle from job posting to offer extension, ensuring timely filling of open positions. • Analyse data using HRIS tools to identify trends and areas for improvement in talent acquisition and retention. • Collaborate with management team to resolve employee relations issues and maintain a positive work environment. • Leading a team of junior human resource executives. Requirements: • Strong understanding of HR policies, regulations, and best practices. • Proficiency in Payroll Management systems and ability to analyse data for informed decision-making. • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels. • Ability to give presentations. • Experience using computers for a variety of tasks. • Familiar with PF and ESIC portal. • Must be married.
