Job Description
Manage day-to-day office operations, including scheduling, correspondence, and record-keeping.
Supervise administrative staff and coordinate workflow to ensure efficiency.
Oversee procurement of office supplies and vendor management.
Maintain office facilities, equipment, and ensure compliance with safety standards.
Support HR functions such as onboarding, attendance tracking, and employee engagement activities.
Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and draft minutes.
Assist in budget preparation and expense monitoring.
Implement and improve office policies and procedures.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
Proven experience (3–5 years) in office administration or management.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and office management software.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
