Requirements & Qualifications:
Education: Master's or Bachelor's in Human Resources Management or a related field.
Experience: 5-6 years of proven experience in the HR field, preferably as an HR Manager.

Skills:
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to manage and motivate a team.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Problem-Solving: Strong conflict resolution skills and the ability to manage employee relations effectively.
