We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee and manage our company's payroll and human resources operations at our Derabassi location. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in payroll processing, team management, and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.​

Key Responsibilities:

• Payroll Management: Develop and implement systems to process payroll transactions, including salaries, benefits, taxes, and other deductions. Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing in compliance with local regulations.​

• Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and mentor the HR team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.​

• Compliance: Ensure adherence to legal and company policies and procedures, and undertake disciplinary actions if the need arises.​

• Employee Relations: Address and resolve employee issues and grievances, promoting a positive workplace culture.​

• Performance Management: Implement and monitor performance appraisal systems, providing guidance and support to employees for their professional development.
