Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, and exit management
Handle bulk and lateral hiring for sales, production, warehouse, and corporate roles
Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbook
Manage employee relations, grievance handling, and disciplinary actions
Ensure compliance with statutory labor laws (PF, ESI, CLRA, Factory Act, Shops & Establishment)
Drive performance management system (PMS) and appraisal cycles
Oversee training & development initiatives and capability building
Manage attendance, leave, and manpower planning
Coordinate with plant/field teams for smooth HR operations
Support leadership with HR MIS and reporting
Strong knowledge of HR operations, Payrolls, Compliances
Hands-on experience in labor law compliance
Expertise in talent acquisition & manpower planning
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to handle high-volume workforce
Proficiency in HRMS, MS Excel, and HR analytics
