HR Manager – Key Role & Responsibilities

The HR Manager will oversee all people-related operations with the goal of building a disciplined, productive, and professional work environment across all hearing-aid centers. The role ensures smooth functioning of the company by managing recruitment, performance, compliance, and employee welfare.
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Understand manpower requirements for audiologists, telecallers, clinic coordinators, and support staff.
Prepare job descriptions and manage end-to-end hiring.
Conduct interviews, shortlist candidates, and finalize selections.
Issue offer letters, appointment letters, and ensure timely joining.
2. Onboarding & Induction
Complete all joining formalities and documentation.
Introduce new employees to company structure, workflow, and policies.
Conduct smooth orientation to ensure they adapt quickly to the hearing-aid service environment.
3. Employee Data & HR Administration
Maintain accurate employee files, attendance, and leave records.
Update internal HRIS systems and ensure data integrity.
Manage ID cards, policy documents, and employee communication.
4. Payroll & Statutory Compliance
Prepare and manage monthly payroll.
Handle PF, ESI, TDS, and other statutory responsibilities.
Process incentives, reimbursements, and salary revisions.
5. Employee Relations & Discipline
Address employee concerns and resolve workplace challenges.
Maintain discipline, punctuality, and professionalism across branches.
Strengthen workplace culture through communication and transparency.
Conduct team engagement activities to boost morale.
6. Training & Skill Development
Identify skill gaps and plan training sessions for audiology behavior, sales, customer service, and clinic operations.
Monitor performance improvements and maintain training records.
7. Performance Management
Set KPIs for each role and track monthly performance.
Conduct performance reviews, appraisals, and increment cycles.
Ensure accountability and productivity in every department.
8. HR Policies & Compliance
Draft, update, and implement HR policies.
Ensure strict adherence to company rules and labor laws.
Support management in decision-making with proper documentation.
9. Safety, Compliance & Audits
Ensure all centers follow safety standards and hygiene protocols.
Maintain regulatory documents and support audits.
File statutory returns on time.
10. Exit & Separation Management
Handle resignations professionally.
Conduct exit interviews, manage notice periods, and full & final settlements.
Recover company assets and issue relieving letters.
