Role Overview
The HR Manager is responsible for managing end-to-end hiring, onboarding, employee lifecycle, payroll inputs, and statutory compliance for Tenzo’s frontline and corporate workforce. The role ensures a disciplined, compliant, and scalable people operations function.
Key Responsibilities
● Recruitment & Hiring
● Manage end-to-end recruitment for frontline workers, supervisors, and corporate roles.
● Coordinate sourcing through recruiters, referrals, and job portals.
● Maintain a hiring tracker and offer-to-joining pipeline.
● Execute joining formalities and induction.
● Collect, verify, and maintain KYC and employment documents.
● Issue offer letters, appointment letters, and contracts.
● Screen resumes and conduct HR interview.
● Ensure timely onboarding of employees.
Employee Lifecycle Management
● Maintain attendance, leave, and shift records.
● Manage probation confirmations, role changes, and exits.
● Maintain a complete and updated employee database.
Payroll & Statutory Compliance
● Prepare monthly payroll inputs and validate attendance data.
● Coordinate PF, ESI, Professional Tax, and statutory deductions.
● Ensure timely PF/ESI registrations for new employees.
● Coordinate monthly statutory filings with payroll vendors / consultants.
HR Operations & Discipline
● Implement HR policies and code of conduct.
● Handle grievances and disciplinary actions.
● Support performance review and feedback cycles.
Qualifications
● Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
● 2 – 5 years' experience in HR / People Operations.
● Strong coordination and communication skills.
● Good understanding of PF, ESI, payroll inputs, and labor compliance.

● Comfortable working in fast-paced startup environments.
