Key resposibilities:
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Manage recruitment, attendance, and leave processes
- Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions
- Oversee general admin tasks (office maintenance, etc.)
- Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives
Experience: 3-5 years in HR, preferably in a similar role
