Job Description :
Findrive Services is seeking a proactive and experienced HR Manager to oversee end-to-end HR functions and support organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement
• Handle HR policies, attendance, payroll coordination, and compliance
• Address employee relations and performance management
• Maintain HR records and ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations
Requirements :
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in HR management
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
