We are looking for a dynamic and proactive HR Manager to manage our company’s recruitment, payroll, and employee engagement activities. The ideal candidate will handle end-to-end HR operations and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the organization. Key Responsibilities:
Maintain up-to-date employee records in Spreadsheets.
Coordinate joining formalities for new employees.
Maintain daily attendance, leaves, absenteeism. leave records and manage approvals.
Manage appointment letters, offer letters, and contracts.
Handle documentation for promotions, transfers, and exits.
• Oversee end-to-end hiring, including interviews, selection and onboarding.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Post Graduate and 2 - 5 years of experience. Knowledge of resume databases and strong verbal and written communication skills are essential. Additional skills like sourcing techniques and sound judgment are a must. Candidates must be open to working 6 days working
