JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for an HR & Compliance Manager for our security services company who can handle complete HR operations along with statutory compliance and payroll. The role involves managing a large number of security guards and staff deployed at different sites and making sure everything is running smoothly as per labor laws.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Statutory Compliance
Handle all compliance related to PF, ESI, Bonus, Gratuity, Minimum Wages, and other labor laws
Manage PF & ESI registrations, filings, challans, and returns
Take care of labor licenses, CLRA compliance, and renewals
Deal with inspections and keep all documents ready
Payroll Management
Handle monthly payroll for guards, supervisors, and office staff
Calculate salary, overtime, deductions, PF, ESI, and other components
Manage salary transfers, and employee queries
Handle full & final settlements (F&F), and leave encashment
HR Operations
Manage complete employee cycle
Maintain employee records, attendance, and documentation
Handle bulk hiring for guards and other staff
Take care of onboarding, documentation, and basic HR processes
Audit & Reporting
Prepare regular MIS and compliance reports
Support internal and external audits
Make sure all data and documents are always updated and ready
