Job Title: Human Resource Manager
Description :
The Human Resource Manager is responsible for overseeing all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits, and compliance with labor laws. This role plays a key part in building a positive workplace culture and ensuring HR strategies align with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
> Develop and implement HR strategies and policies aligned with business objectives
> Manage recruitment, selection, onboarding, and retention processes
> Oversee employee relations, grievance handling, and disciplinary procedures
> Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and best HR practices
> Manage performance appraisal systems and support leadership development
> Plan and coordinate training and development programs
> Administer compensation, benefits, payroll coordination, and rewards programs
> Maintain HR records and prepare reports and analytics for management
> Promote a healthy, inclusive, and engaging workplace culture
> Advise management on HR-related matters and organizational change
Qualifications & Requirements:
> Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
> Master’s degree or HR certification is an advantage
> Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role
> Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
> Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
> Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
> Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
