Key Responsibilities:
· Handle end-to-end recruitment for sales, telecalling, CRM, and marketing roles
· Source candidates through job portals, social media, and references
· Manage joining formalities and documentation
· Conduct induction sessions for new employees
· Identify training needs for employees (especially sales, telecalling, and CRM teams)
· Ensure continuous skill development of employees
· Coordinate with colleges and institutes for campus placements
· Build and maintain relationships with placement cells
· Schedule and conduct campus drives, job fairs, and walk-ins
· Screen resumes and shortlist candidates
