*Key Responsibilities*
• Manage the complete recruitment process including manpower planning and hiring
• Implement and monitor HR policies, discipline, and company rules
• Handle employee relations and grievance management
• Maintain employee records, documentation, and HR database
• Monitor attendance, leave records, and employee performance
• Coordinate employee engagement activities and training programs
• Ensure compliance with company HR policies and procedures
• Prepare HR reports and manpower status for management
• Support management in organizational development and HR planning
*Qualification*
• MBA in Human Resource (HR)
*Experience*
• 3 – 7 years of experience in HR operations
*Skills Required*
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Knowledge of HR policies and recruitment process
• Good documentation and reporting ability
• Ability to manage employee relations and HR coordination
