Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive HR Generalist to manage end-to-end internal recruitment while supporting key HR functions across the organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for talent acquisition, employee onboarding, HR operations, employee engagement, performance management support, policy implementation, and maintaining employee records. The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition (Primary Responsibility)
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for internal hiring requirements.
Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements and job specifications.
Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, employee referrals, and professional networks.
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist suitable candidates.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Manage candidate communication and provide timely updates throughout the hiring process.
Conduct reference checks and support offer negotiations.
Prepare offer letters and coordinate joining formalities.
Maintain recruitment trackers, hiring reports, and candidate databases.
Ensure achievement of recruitment targets within defined timelines.
Onboarding & Employee Lifecycle Management
Facilitate smooth onboarding and induction programs for new employees.
Coordinate documentation and employee record management.
Ensure completion of joining formalities and compliance requirements.
Support employee confirmations, transfers, promotions, and exit processes.
HR Operations
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Support attendance, leave management, and employee documentation.
Assist in policy communication and implementation.
Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and MIS as required.
Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
Employee Engagement & Relations
Organize employee engagement activities and initiatives.
Support employee communication programs and feedback mechanisms.
Address employee queries and provide HR support.
Assist in maintaining a positive work environment and employee satisfaction.
Performance Management Support
Coordinate performance appraisal cycles and documentation.
Follow up with managers and employees on appraisal timelines.
Maintain performance records and reports.
Training & Development
Coordinate employee training programs and learning initiatives.
Maintain training records and evaluate training effectiveness.
Identify skill development requirements in coordination with department heads.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or related field.
MBA/PGDM in Human Resources preferred.
Experience
2 to 5 years of experience in HR Generalist roles with strong recruitment exposure.
Experience in handling end-to-end recruitment and HR operations.
Experience in manufacturing, services, consulting, or corporate environments preferred.
Required Skills

Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS systems.
