Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Human Resources Executive to join our team at an Anytime Loan company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, and maintaining a positive workplace culture. Candidates should have strong communication skills, an understanding of HR processes, and the ability to handle daily HR tasks efficiently.

1. Talent Acquisition

• Manage end-to-end recruitment

• Build strong talent pipelines

2. Employee Engagement

• Lead onboarding and induction

• Drive engagement and workplace culture initiatives

• Plan team activities and recognition programs

3. Performance & Development

• Implement OKRs and feedback systems

• Support training and development

• Assist in appraisals and performance reviews

4. Compensation & Compliance

• Oversee payroll, leaves, and benefits

• Ensure statutory compliance

• Maintain updated HR policies

5. HR Technology & Data

• Manage and implement HRMS systems

• Use HR analytics for reporting and planning

What You Bring

• 5+ years of HR experience (preferred: financial services or startups)

• Strong knowledge of recruitment, compliance, and HR operations

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

• Experience with HRMS and modern HR tools

• Detail-oriented, proactive, and team-focused mindset
