### 📌 Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Manager – Gulf Department to oversee HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, and compliance across the Gulf region.

The ideal candidate should have practical experience in Gulf HR operations and a strong understanding of regional labour laws and regulations.

### 🔹 Key Responsibilities

✅ Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.

✅ Manage recruitment and talent acquisition for Gulf offices.

✅ Handle employee relations, grievances, and performance management.

✅ Ensure compliance with Gulf labour laws and statutory regulations.

✅ Identify training needs and support employee development.

✅ Manage compensation, benefits, and employee-related policies.

✅ Maintain HR records and prepare HR reports and analytics.

✅ Ensure compliance with applicable employee health and safety regulations.

✅ Provide HR guidance and support to leadership and management.

### 🔹 Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field; Master's degree preferred.

- 2–3 years of HR management experience in the Gulf region.

- Strong knowledge of Gulf labour laws and HR compliance.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in HR software and MS Office.

- Fluency in English is mandatory.

- Knowledge of Arabic will be an added advantage.
