Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Manager to lead and manage the overall Human Resources function. The candidate will be responsible for developing HR strategies, overseeing recruitment, managing employee relations, ensuring statutory compliance, and aligning HR practices with business goals.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

1. HR Strategy & Planning

• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures

• Align HR strategies with company objectives

• Plan workforce requirements and succession planning

2. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

• Oversee end-to-end recruitment process

• Develop hiring strategies to attract quality talent

• Conduct final interviews for key positions

• Manage onboarding and induction programs

3. Employee Relations & Engagement

• Maintain a positive work environment

• Handle employee grievances and disciplinary actions

• Lead employee engagement and retention initiatives

• Oversee performance appraisal processes

4. Payroll & Compensation Management

• Supervise payroll processing and salary structuring

• Ensure timely disbursement of salaries

• Review compensation and benefits programs

5. Compliance & Legal

• Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory regulations

• Maintain employee records and HR documentation

• Handle audits and statutory inspections

6. Training & Development

• Identify training needs and organize development programs

• Support leadership development initiatives

Qualifications & Requirements:

• MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or related field

• 5+ years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a managerial role

• Strong leadership and decision-making skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices

• Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS software
