Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic HR & Admin Manager who can independently manage the Human Resources function as well as handle administrative responsibilities with a strong focus on compliance and documentation.
Job Responsibilities
HR Responsibilities
Draft and implement HR policies and procedures
Handle recruitment – sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews
Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and maintain employee records
Manage monthly salaries and coordinate with the accounts team
Handle employee reimbursements and leave records
Maintain attendance and prepare monthly reports
Manage employee onboarding and exit formalities
Support in performance reviews and employee engagement activities
Admin & Company Secretary Responsibilities
Handle company documents, agreements, and compliance paperwork
Prepare and maintain Minutes of Meetings (MoM)
Attend meetings as required and assist with company secretarial tasks
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers
Maintain office records, filing, and documentation
Ensure smooth day-to-day administration of the office
Assist with licenses, renewals, and statutory filings as required
Skills Required
Good understanding of HR operations and admin responsibilities
Familiar with payroll and basic labour laws
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong communication and coordination skills
Organized and detail-oriented
