HR Manager

We are seeking an experienced and people-focused HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. The ideal candidate will support business needs and ensure the proper implementation of company strategy and objectives through effective HR management.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with overall business goals

• Manage the recruitment and selection process (job postings, screening, interviews, onboarding)

• Oversee employee relations, addressing demands, grievances, or other issues

• Support current and future business needs through employee development and engagement

• Maintain pay plan and benefits program

• Assess training needs and monitor training programs

• Ensure legal compliance with labor laws and company policies

• Manage performance appraisal systems that drive high performance

• Maintain HR records and prepare reports for management

• Promote a positive workplace culture
