Key Responsibilities

Support current and future business needs through employee development and engagement
Maintain pay plan and benefits program
Assess training needs and monitor training programs
Ensure legal compliance with labor laws and company policies
Manage performance appraisal systems that drive high performance
Maintain HR records and prepare reports for management
