Position: HR Manager
Qualification: Post Graduate Degree (MBA HR / MSW / PGDM HR or equivalent)
Salary Package: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month (Based on skills and experience)
Job Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities
Handling employee onboarding and documentation process
Opening salary bank accounts for employees and coordinating with banks
Managing employee grievances and resolving workplace issues professionally
Preparing and issuing legal and HR-related documents such as appointment letters, warning letters, confirmation letters, experience letters, etc.
Handling employee exit formalities including resignation process, clearance, and full & final settlement coordination
Maintaining employee records and HR files accurately
Ensuring company policies and labor compliance are followed
Coordinating with different departments for smooth HR operations
Supporting recruitment and employee engagement activities when required
Candidate Requirements
Post Graduate Degree in HR or related field is mandatory
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of HR operations and employee handling
Basic understanding of labor laws and legal documentation
Computer knowledge including MS Office and email handling
Ability to manage confidential information professionally
