Onboarding & HR Documentation
- Assist in end-to-end onboarding of new employees
- Collect, verify, and maintain employee personal files
- Coordinate induction programs and joining formalities
- Ensure timely issuance and collection of LOA and appointment letters
2. Attendance & Leave Management
- Maintain daily attendance records in ERP systems
- Track leave, comp-off, WFH, and attendance regularization
- Coordinate with reporting managers for approvals
- Prepare monthly attendance MIS for payroll
3. Payroll Support
- Assist in payroll data preparation and validation
- Coordinate with payroll team/vendors
- Support in resolving payroll-related employee queries
- Maintain confidentiality of payroll information
4. Employee Engagement
- Support employee engagement and internal communication activities
- Assist in organizing employee events and celebrations
- Help collect employee feedback and engagement data
5. HR Operations Support
- Prepare HR reports, trackers, and MIS
- Support audits, compliance, and HR process documentation
