Full Time
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals and social media.
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers.
Conduct initial telephonic screening of candidates.
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Assist in onboarding and joining formalities for new employees.
Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR documents.
Maintain employee records and personnel files.
Support attendance and leave management activities.
Coordinate employee engagement and HR events.
Assist in preparing HR reports and MIS.
Ensure proper documentation and filing of HR records.
Handle employee queries under the guidance of the HR team.
Support other day-to-day HR and administrative activities.
Eligibility:
Pursuing or recently completed MBA (HR), BBA, B.Com, or any Graduate degree.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
