Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern to support our recruitment team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing and screening candidates, making hiring calls, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with applicants throughout the recruitment process.
This internship is ideal for students or fresh graduates who want to build a career in Human Resources, Recruitment, and Talent Acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
Call candidates regarding job openings and explain job roles.
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
Conduct initial telephonic interviews.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
Follow up with candidates regarding interview status and joining.
Post job openings on job portals and social media platforms.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Coordinate documentation and onboarding for selected candidates.
Meet daily calling and recruitment targets.
Eligibility
Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree (BBA, BCom, BMS, BA, MBA HR, or related field).
Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
Interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Basic understanding of recruitment processes is an added advantage.
