About the Internship

IMBS Pvt. Ltd., through Neev Learning Centre, is looking for enthusiastic HR Interns who are interested in building their career in Human Resources, Recruitment and Talent Acquisition.

This internship will provide hands-on exposure to the complete recruitment process, candidate interaction and day-to-day HR activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn and other recruitment channels

• Search and identify suitable candidates based on job requirements

• Screen resumes and shortlist relevant candidates

• Conduct initial candidate calls and understand candidate requirements

• Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates

• Follow up with candidates regarding interviews and joining

• Maintain candidate trackers and recruitment databases

• Assist in daily recruitment and Talent Acquisition activities

• Coordinate with the HR/Recruitment team for ongoing hiring requirements
