About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern to support our HR team across recruitment, employee engagement, onboarding, and day-to-day HR operations. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in Human Resources and build a strong foundation in the field.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with sourcing and screening candidates for open positions.

• Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate records.

• Support onboarding and joining formalities for new employees.

• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.

• Assist with attendance, leave, and other HR operations.

• Support employee engagement activities and internal communications.

• Prepare HR reports, trackers, and documentation as required.

• Assist the HR team with day-to-day administrative tasks.

• Ensure confidentiality of employee and organizational information.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

• Comfortable working with MS Excel/Google Sheets and basic office tools.

• Eagerness to learn and take ownership of assigned tasks.

• Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
