Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Intern located in Gurugram. The HR Intern will assist with the daily administrative and HR duties, including maintaining employee records, managing HR policies, and supporting HR projects. The HR Intern will also help in addressing employee queries regarding benefits, work environment, and other HR-related topics.

Qualifications

• Knowledge in Human Resources (HR), HR Policies, and HR Management

• Experience or familiarity with Employee Benefits and Personnel Management

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information

• Proficiency in MS Office and HR software is a plus

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
