At Creatigrity Technologies, you will gain practical exposure to international recruitment operations, structured training, mentorship, and real-time hiring experience that will help you build a strong foundation in Talent Acquisition and Recruitment.

Internship Program Overview
Selected candidates will receive a monthly stipend of ₹10,000 during the 3-month internship and training period. Upon successful completion of the program and meeting performance expectations, candidates will be transitioned into a Full-Time US Recruiter role with an Annual CTC of ₹2,53,200 (along with PF, ESIC benefits as per company policy and applicable regulations), along with long-term career growth opportunities in US Recruitment and Talent Acquisition.

Employees will also be eligible for structured performance-based earnings as follows: • A performance bonus of up to ₹1,00,000, disbursed in structured installments during the 12th, and 21st month of employment, subject to continued performance and role alignment.

• Quarterly incentives, which are additional to the above structure, and will be paid separately every quarter based on the number of successful placements made during that period.

This ensures a balanced system of fixed salary, statutory benefits, and performance based rewards linked to actual recruitment outcomes.

During the internship, candidates will gain exposure to:

• Candidate sourcing and resume screening

• Interview coordination and recruitment operations

• LinkedIn, job portals, and sourcing platforms

• Professional communication and stakeholder interaction

• Recruitment lifecycle management and hiring workflows

Full-Time Employment Opportunity (Post Internship)
As full-time recruiters, employees will gradually take ownership of:

• Requirement handling and candidate management

• Interview scheduling and coordination

• Stakeholder and client communication

• Recruitment delivery and hiring operations

• Performance-driven recruitment responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:
• Work closely with senior recruiters to understand client hiring requirements

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking platforms • Conduct initial candidate screening and communication

• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients

• Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases

• Learn US recruitment processes, hiring practices, and market trends

• Build professional communication and stakeholder management skills

• Represent the organization professionally during candidate interactions

Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Comfortable working night shifts aligned with US time zones

• Comfortable working from the office environment

• Willingness to work in a target-driven and performance-oriented environment

• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills

• Basic familiarity with LinkedIn, job portals, or social media platforms is an added advantage

• Prior recruitment experience is not mandatory
