About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and people-focused HR Professional to manage recruitment, employee engagement, compliance, and HR operations. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a solid understanding of HR processes.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Onboarding

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for various positions.

• Coordinate with department heads for manpower requirements.

• Manage the end-to-end onboarding process, including documentation and induction.

2. Employee Relations

• Foster a positive and supportive work environment.

• Address employee queries and concerns professionally.

• Handle disciplinary actions, warnings, and grievance redressal.

3. HR Operations

• Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR databases.

• Oversee payroll inputs, leaves, and performance tracking.

• Prepare HR reports and manage HR documentation.

4. Compliance & Policies

• Ensure adherence to company policies and labor laws.

• Draft and implement HR policies and procedures.

• Manage confidential employee data with integrity.

5. Training & Development

• Identify training needs and coordinate learning programs.

• Organize workshops, team-building activities, and performance reviews.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

• 1–5 years of experience in HR (immigration industry is a plus).

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Knowledge of HRMS, MS Office, and HR best practices.

• Ability to handle multitasking and work under deadlines.
