Salary: ₹45,000 – ₹60,000 per month

Job Role:
We are looking for an experienced HR Head to manage overall HR operations and lead a team of 2–4 HR Executives.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise the HR team.
Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.
Oversee attendance, employee records, and HR administration.
Address employee grievances and maintain workplace discipline.
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
3–5 years of HR experience with team management exposure.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
