POSITION: - HR HEAD
Ø JOB DESCRIPTION
o build, lead & manage HR team of manager, team-leaders & executives.
o will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions.
o core work to improve the manpower (especially field agent, tele-caller & team in managerial role in company).
o developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee relations. ->ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws and strategizing for overall HR management.
Ø REQUIREMENT:
o comprehensive knowledge in human resources (HR) and HR management
o strong understanding of labor and employment law
o experience in developing and implementing HR policies
o expertise in managing employee relations
o excellent leadership and communication skills
o master's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field
o previous experience in a leadership role within HR
