Ensure timely filing and submission of PF and ESIC returns.
Resolve employee PF and ESIC-related concerns.
Maintain statutory records and compliance documentation.
5. TDS & Tax Compliance
Coordinate with the CA regarding employee TDS deductions and tax calculations.
Ensure proper maintenance of TDS records.
Assist employees regarding Form 16 and tax-related queries.
Monitor statutory tax compliance requirements.
6. Coordination with Company CA
Act as the primary HR coordinator with the company's Chartered Accountant.
Share payroll, compliance, and employee-related data as required.
Coordinate for PF, ESIC, TDS, Professional Tax, Labor Law, and Income Tax compliance.
Support audits, assessments, and statutory inspections.
7. Employee Relations & Discipline
Handle employee grievances and workplace concerns.
Conduct disciplinary proceedings when required.
Issue warning letters, notices, and performance improvement plans.
Ensure compliance with company policies and code of conduct.
8. Performance Management
Implement and monitor performance appraisal systems.
Track employee KPIs and performance metrics.
Support management in succession planning and employee development.
9. Compliance & Legal Matters
Ensure compliance with labour laws and employment regulations.
Maintain records related to statutory inspections and audits.
Coordinate with legal and compliance teams whenever required.
10. MIS & Reporting
Prepare monthly HR MIS reports.
Track attrition, attendance, recruitment, payroll, and compliance reports.
Present HR reports to management regularly.
