The HR Head will be a strategic and operational leader responsible for end-to-end HR management along with operational oversight. The role requires strong expertise in bulk hiring, HR compliances, labour laws, policy revision, vendor management, budgeting, client coordination, and team handling, particularly within the security services/manpower industry. The incumbent will act as a bridge between management, operations, clients, and the workforce to ensure smooth 24×7 service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
1. HR Leadership & Operations Oversight
Lead and manage overall HR operations across all locations.
Ensure seamless coordination between HR, Operations, Accounts, and Site Teams.
Support operational leadership in manpower deployment, replacement, and workforce continuity.
Monitor attendance, attrition, productivity, and discipline across sites.
2. Bulk Hiring & Manpower Planning
Plan and execute bulk hiring for security guards, supervisors, and operational staff.
Develop strong sourcing channels including vendors, local networks, referrals, and agencies.
Ensure quick onboarding, documentation, background verification, and deployment.
Maintain manpower buffer for emergency and replacement requirements.
3. HR Compliance & Labour Laws
Ensure full compliance with applicable labour laws including PF, ESI, Minimum Wages, Bonus, Gratuity, CLRA, Shops & Establishment, and other statutory requirements.
Handle labour inspections, audits, and statutory reporting.
Keep management informed of legal changes and risk areas.
Ensure zero non-compliance penalties through proactive controls.
4. Policy Formulation & Revision
Draft, review, revise, and implement HR policies, SOPs, and manuals.
Align policies with statutory norms, client requirements, and company objectives.
Ensure uniform implementation of policies across all regions and sites.
5. Team Handling & Leadership
Lead, mentor, and develop HR and operational teams.
Define roles, KRAs, and performance benchmarks for team members.
Ensure accountability, discipline, and performance-driven culture.
6. Client Interaction & Meetings
Participate in client meetings related to manpower, compliance, billing support, and service quality.
Address client concerns related to HR, discipline, attendance, and statutory matters.
Support business retention and long-term client relationships.
7. Vendor & Contractor Management
Manage recruitment vendors, manpower suppliers, and statutory consultants.
Evaluate vendor performance, cost efficiency, and compliance adherence.
Negotiate commercial terms and ensure service-level compliance.
8. Budgeting & Cost Control
Prepare and manage HR and manpower budgets.
Calculate manpower costing, wages, statutory components, and margins.
Support management in pricing, cost optimization, and profitability analysis.
9. Payroll & MIS Oversight
Oversee payroll inputs, validation, and timely salary disbursement.
Review HR MIS reports on hiring, attrition, compliance, costs, and productivity.
Present data-driven insights to management for strategic decisions.

Qualification & Experience
MBA / PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification.
10–15 years of experience, preferably in Security Services / Facility Management / Manpower Industry.
Demonstrated experience managing multi-location operations and large teams.
