Job Title: HR Generalist

Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced HR Generalist to manage and support various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment: Manage full-cycle recruitment, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.

2. Employee Relations: Handle employee grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary actions.

3. Benefits and Compensation: Administer benefits, compensation, and leave policies.

4. Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.

5. HR Operations: Manage employee data, HR systems, and process improvements.

6. Talent Management: Support training, development, and performance management initiatives.

Requirements:

1. Experience: 5-8 years in HR, with experience in generalist role.

2. Education: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.

3. Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

4. Certifications: SHRM-CP/SCP or HR certification preferred.
