HR Executive

About the Role

Zodiac Express Private Limited is seeking an experienced and proactive HR Executive to lead and manage core recruitment activities, bulk hiring, documentation, and basic payroll-related admin work. The ideal candidate should have strong industry connections, hands-on experience in blue-collar recruitment, and strong proficiency in Advanced Excel. This role requires someone who can work in a fast-paced environment and support continuous manpower requirements across multiple branches.

Key Responsibilities

·        Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding

·        Handle bulk white and blue-collar hiring for multiple branches across West Bengal & Tripura

·        Manage HR documentation – joining forms, employee records, ID creation, and compliance files

·        Assist in payroll-related admin work, attendance data, and monthly reports

·        Prepare and maintain MIS reports using Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, etc.)

·        Coordinate with branch heads and managers for weekly manpower planning

·        Ensure smooth onboarding and orientation of new employees

·        Build and maintain strong vendor and staffing agency relationships

·        Support other HR operational and administrative tasks as required

Eligibility Criteria

·        Graduate in any field; HR specialization preferred

·        Minimum 1–3 years of experience in HR recruitment (blue-collar hiring must)

·        Must be from Kolkata

·        Gender: Female

·        Excellent proficiency in Advanced Excel

·        Experience in bulk hiring, documentation, and basic payroll support

·        Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
