HR Executive

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment cycle (sourcing → screening → interview → offer → joining)

• Post jobs on portals (Naukri, Apna, Indeed, etc.)

• Source candidates through:

• Job portals

• References

• Field hiring / walk-ins

• Conduct initial screening calls and shortlist candidates

• Coordinate interviews with internal stakeholders

• Maintain daily recruitment tracker (pipeline, status, closures)

• Ensure position closure within defined TAT

• Manage offer rollout and joining follow-ups

• Build candidate database for future requirements

• Handle bulk hiring when required (nurses, field sales, etc.)

Key Skills Required

• Strong communication & convincing skills

• Ability to handle high-volume hiring

• Good understanding of job portals & sourcing channels

• Strong follow-up and coordination ability

• Basic Excel / Google Sheets tracking

Experience

• 1–4 years in recruitment (hospital / healthcare preferred)

• Freshers with strong communication can also be considered

KPIs / Performance Metrics

• Number of positions closed

• Time to hire (TAT)

• Interview-to-selection ratio

• Offer-to-joining ratio

• Daily pipeline activity (calls, interviews scheduled)

Work Location: In person
