✅ End-to-End Recruitment
-Understand hiring needs across departments.
-Draft and publish #jobdescriptions on various platforms.
-Source, screen, and interview candidates.
-Coordinate interview schedules and closures.
✅ Candidate Management
-Maintain talent pipelines and track candidate progress.
-Provide feedback and ensure a positive candidate experience.
-Manage offers and onboarding logistics.
✅ Industry-Specific Hiring
-Recruit for specialized roles: Interior Designers, Architects, Sales Consultants, -3D Visualizers, and Installation Technicians.
✅ Employer Branding
-Represent the company at job fairs and design institutes.
-Promote vacancies on LinkedIn and relevant job boards.
✅ Onboarding Support
-Coordinate documentation and background checks.
-Conduct induction sessions and facilitate team introductions.
✅ Recruitment Reporting
-Maintain hiring dashboards and recruitment reports.
-Share weekly/monthly updates with leadership.
✅ Vendor Management
-Collaborate with external recruiters and assess their performance.
