Executive Assistant report to Managing Director

Administrative Support:

• Manage the MD's calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.

• Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls.

• Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents.

• Maintain records and files, ensuring confidentiality.

• Coordinate meetings, including setting agendas, preparing materials, and taking minutes.

Operational Support:

• Assist with project coordination and implementation.

• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders.

• Conduct research and gather information as needed.

• Manage office supplies and equipment.

• Assist with event planning and logistics.

Communication:

• Serve as a primary point of contact for the MD.

• Ensure effective communication within the organization and with external parties.

• Represent the MD in meetings and presentations when necessary.

Other Duties:

• Assist with special projects as assigned.

• Maintain a high level of professionalism and discretion.

• Proactively identify and address potential issues.

• Continuously seek ways to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
