Executive Assistant report to Managing Director
Administrative Support:
Manage the MD's calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls.
Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents.
Maintain records and files, ensuring confidentiality.
Coordinate meetings, including setting agendas, preparing materials, and taking minutes.
Operational Support:
Assist with project coordination and implementation.
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
Conduct research and gather information as needed.
Manage office supplies and equipment.
Assist with event planning and logistics.
Communication:
Serve as a primary point of contact for the MD.
Ensure effective communication within the organization and with external parties.
Represent the MD in meetings and presentations when necessary.
Other Duties:
Assist with special projects as assigned.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and discretion.
Proactively identify and address potential issues.
Continuously seek ways to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
