§ Manage daily HRIS operations, including data entry updates, and maintenance
§ Ensure consistency and accuracy of HR data across various System
§ Learn and follow our proven recruiting process designed to identify qualified candidates through various recruiting tools.
§ Act as first point of contact for general employee customer service needs such as common inquires, form request, policy interpretation and procedure clarification
§ Generate offer letter and status change letter
§ Assist with employee onboarding
§ Ensure all paper work is accurate and complete before HRIS input
§ Maintain and nature a positive working environment
